Joyce Cmiel offers grounded yoga practices that support a meaningful connection to body, mind, and spirit. Through her yoga classes and yoga therapy sessions, Joyce gently encourages students to listen to their bodies and breath, creating space for healing, ease, and self-awareness.
Joyce began practicing yoga in 1995 and has been teaching since 2001. A lifelong student of yoga and spirituality, she received her Yoga Teacher Certification from Sun & Moon Yoga Studio, where she began her teaching journey. Over the years, Joyce has taught yoga around the world, working with students of all ages.
With over 25 years of teaching experience and decades of personal practice, Joyce brings a grounded, compassionate, and loving presence to her classes. Her accessible and easeful approach supports students in finding pain-free range of motion while deepening their connection to their inner wisdom and spirit.
