1-on-1 Yoga sessions to help you address whatever physical, mental or emotional challenges you may be facing using all the tools of yoga including: movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, chanting and mudras. Through these sessions you will receive an at-home healing practice to support your daily life.
Sessions are offered in Joyce’s home yoga studio in Charlotte, NC or at your home (additional travel fee applies).

Meet Joyce
Joyce has been a yoga teacher for 25 years and brings decades of personal practice to her Yoga Therapy sessions and Yoga classes. With her grounded and loving presence, she offers accessible and easeful practices to help students find pain-free range of motion and connect to their body, mind and spirit.
